The Global Skills Centre (GSC) is a resgistered charity based in South Kilburn. We are an established resource working with all sections of the community to access a greater range of life opportunities by building their confidence and acquiring the skills that help them to find the right career path or progress into further learning opportunities. Our programmes are inclusive and include a range of learning techniques, ensuring people of varying abilities and ages can engage in our community activities and use our IT facilities on a drop-in basis. To help people achieve their individual aspirations we deliver a range of provision, including:
STEM PROGRAMME: Bite-size STEM Programme (robotics, coding, mobile phone apps design and software programming) to children and young people, aged 7-16, during school holidays and term-time.
SUPPLEMENTARY: Provision of supplementary and after-school tuition in Maths, English (KS2, KS3 & KS4) to aged 7-16 during term-time.
VOCATIONAL OPTIONS: to engage young people, aged 14-18, who are at risk of being Not in Education, Employment and Training.
ADULT PROVISION: Includes Digital inclusion programme for people with no basic online skills, ICT, ESOL classes and employability workshops etc., for aged 18+.

NB: We aim to provide our services free at the point of delivery but our ability to do so depends upon accessing external funding; therefore, availability of the free programmes are subject to funding being available.
